Shipping Information
We will prepare your shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed during the week are typically processed within 1 business day; however, orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer.
Once shipped, your order has an estimated delivery time of 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy
If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.

The delivery was refused or denied by the recipient.

Failure to respond to re-delivery attempts offered by the courier service.
We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Note: In some cases, carriers may offer an option for return-to-sender. If the re-shipment is refused or is not completed within the timeframe set by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.
To avoid this, we strongly recommend that you double-check your shipping details at the time of purchase and respond promptly to any issues related to your delivery.
