Refund policy

Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

However, for a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must include all corresponding parts and accessories and be properly packaged.

  • The product must have been handled with care, with no damage resulting from misuse.

  • For products involving hygiene considerations, they must be properly cleaned before starting the return process.

  • If the product was received defective, this must be verified.

We reserve the right to charge return costs to the customer. Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, they will be officially approved within this period.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products that are not due to an error on our part.


How to process a return

If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to initiate your return:

  1. Send an email to: info@lanawellington.com

  2. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)

    • Full name

    • Address

We will then provide you with the return address. Do not send the package to the original sender; it is essential that you contact us first to receive the correct address.

Shipping costs for the return are at your expense. All returns must be sent, at the customer's expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.
